thank you!! 💖 and it’s a basic answer, but I got into witcher from tw3! my sister bought it purely for the soundtrack, I watched her do all of white orchard, and then I decided I wanted to play it for myself. it was fun but I don’t think I really had any super emotional attachment until the isle of mists/attack on kaer morhen, and then, obviously, regis made me so insane that I went out and ordered the full book series before even finishing b&w

#fun fact the only witcher art I was originally going to do was the ‘how do 3 grown witchers not have 800 crowns between them’ and also.#yen in a strap.#but then i played b&w and we all know what happened from there#liz-regis-favorite-raven#replies

Doesn't matter what game I'm playing, if I'm not sure it's the good outcome I'll google the choices. I'm glad I'm not the only one who does that!

hmmm it’s been a while since my first playthrough and I didn’t have book context for any of the characters, but I’m going to sayyyyy whether or not to kill dijkstra maybe? I don’t think I was Super personally invested yet at that point either, but a little bit afterwards something flipped and I went to look up if I messed up my ending with that

I also got everyone killed during my first b&w playthrough so while that wasn’t necessarily a single deliberate choice, I was so mad I immediately rebooted the game for a different one LOL

ooh fun question and super fun tattoo idea! I’m sorry to say I’m not exactly the best at drawing architecture lol, but @astrolunos has some AMAZING atmospheric/landscape book scenes, including tor zireal over here! the polish book cover is also probably what I most think of it as, just this tall tall singular tower shooting into the sky

I’m so so happy to help because oh BOY does it get worse, when I tell you I got to the hansa all dying at stygga and then I just shut the book and haven’t looked at it again since 😭😭

in honor of the all the times I’ve tried drawing geralt carrying regis out of tesham mutna, I just wrote a 9k fic instead - (this is) the thing

includes: survivals guilt, hansa remembrance, oblivious geralt, and a lot of touching
