I really am learning that healing is a process, a long one, especially if its from things that you’ve suppressed for years. I get so mad at myself when I still have moments where I am angry, or sad because I thought it was a set back. I have to continue telling myself its a process and also stop feeling guilty for how I handle being hurt.
