"I guess, I shouldn’t." Hakyeon laughed with the younger, his face turned to Zelo," But seriously tho. We have a weird family." he muttered before he broke out in laughter again.

"Ah, but I want to do something in return then." he smiled, patting the younger on his back," because you brought me your fruit and welcomed me warmly." he explained.

Hakyeon was startled by the younger’s sudden outburst before he carefully nodded his head, he watched how Zelo looked around in the room, as if he was scared of something,” Are you ok? Are you guys not good friends?” he asked before chuckling,” Lucky? How? We see each other for five minutes and then both of us have our own things to do.” he shrugged, nodding in understandment at the youners answer,” Oh so you do have a roommate, or had. When will the building be rebuilt? You can’t sleep forever in the tents, or your treehouse.”

Laughing loudly the boy clutched his tummy- "W-weird d-doesn't begin t-to explain it hyung" Zelo laughed some more as the other did too.

Zelo smiled nodding- he understood the other wished to give as he had been given. "I-its not n-nesscary-.. b-but it'd be nice" Zelo admited- not one to turn down gifts.

Zelo pouted- "Hhes a g-good friend of mine.. h-he's r-really nice." Zelo explained a little. "No idea w-when the building will b-be back." He seemed a little put out- fed up even. He missed his room and beetle juices inclosure had been smashed. " I-I lost a-all my s-stuff" he huffed once more. 

"Well not all of them," he said. "And that’s what’s most important to understand. See, people tend to not like things they don’t understand and the existence of beings different from them like us makes them afraid." 

He pulled the other into a hug and ruffled his hair. “It’s difficult but you have to be both trusting and prepared at the same time. And I think that’s what we’re really hoping to teach you here.” 

He tried to understand the others words, his brows furrowed as the god hugged him- the ruffle to his hair seemed to ease his worried look. He wasn't good at understanding how people worked. How was he supposed to be prepared for their hate? 

Puffing his chest up a little as a thought calmed him, he may not be very good at people, but he was always intuitive- he could feel when something bad was about. Maybe it would serve him well. "T-thats a hard t-task sir.." Zelo admitted.

Drop the Baes. [cue music]

Hakyeon blinked at the younger his answer, making a rather ugly face,” That’s just…disturbing.” he answered but he couldn’t help but smile at the story,” Like I have heard the Gods like to..you know, play with each other but. They are family and all..” Hakyeon’s mind wne t abit fuzzy at all the information he used to know coming in and he shook his head,” I think I need to re-read my mythology book.” he laughed.

"Ah, that’s great! I can make some fruit salad then. I’ll make sure you’ll get a portion." he promised Zelo and smiled widely at him.

Hakyeon scanned his eyes through the room and shrugged at the question,” Just..alright Iguess. I met my roommate, Jongup. Son of Ares.” he nods at his roommate’s face,” He seems nice. haven’t spoken that much to each other tho.” he stroke his hands over his bed,” You? Do you have a roommate?”

Zelo laughed at the others face for just a few moments. Shaking his head he patted the others shoulder for a few moments. "I-I a j-jest weirds y-you out.. maybe y-you shouldn't read y-your mythology b-book" Zelo suggested- with a silly grin.

 Zelo shook his head- finding it easier than explaining he couldn't gain sustenance from his own fruit he just laughed a little. "I-I've always g-got plenty of fruit a-about.. t-those are just f-for you" He said happily.

"THIS IS JONGUPS R-ROOM?" Zelo stood up abruptly looking about. He and uppie were quite good friends, they hung out all the time.. just not in each others rooms. "O-Oh your s-so lucky!" Zelo nodded when asked about his own room mate. "B-but as of s-so far the d-dorm still h-hasn't been rebuilt.."

Deciding to sit back down, just because it didn’t look like his classmate was going to get up any sooner, Yoon sat down onto the chair the other way around, arms crossed on the backrest just so he could rest his chin on them. “You just made it more interesting” A grin spread on the others lips, a bright one that would hopefully calm Zelo down. “What’s your name?” Normally he would have introduced himself first, though he had already done so in front of the whole class, he was the new ‘kid’ after all.

Zelo sheepishly peered at him as he settled down comfortably. He flustered a little as he always did when he had peoples full attention. It always made him just a little nervous- but he seemed kind. "I-I'm glad t-to be of s-service." he remarked softly with just a hint of sarcasm. 

The others smile seemed to help him calm down a little. "Zelo" He managed out before tilting his head. "Y-you said y-your name was..Kang?" Zelo asked again looking hesitant because he was bad at names. "W-who's y-your god p-parent" Zelo asked. While they spoke the plants seemed to relax a little unwinding from Zelo's legs and flowering brightly.

Watching the other students leave the room, chattering quit amused about what had happened just now, Yoon needed a bit more time to calm down before his curiousity started to strike. Rather slowly he leaned in, his fingers stretched out as he let the tip of it poke one of the flowers around the other demigod. Shortly after he took in the scent of the sweet green, the different blossoms all having their own scents. “Hey, you okay?” The older asked after the young blonde was still not moving from his seat.

He paused for a moment- someone was touching his plants. Zelo didn't move he just sat still- waiting. A few of the flowers stems grew ready thorns forming but as the other spoke a pent up breath of air released. Releasing the tension.. he'd thought perhaps a bully- but now.. concern, that was relieving.

Turning he smiled a little crookedly- he looked tired too. "O-oh i um.. Y-yeah im okay.. a l-little s-sleepy" Zelo admitted- his eyes down cast. "I-I didn't interrupt c-class too much d-did i?"

"I can imagine." the demigod said. Seeing the scared look in Zelo’s eyes the elder knew it wouldn’t have been pretty to be here when the event was happening.

"Please don’t me it was Hakyeon." he said while make a face with a look of horror before laughing out loud.

As Hakyeon squinted his eyes and tilted his head he could see the written words on the paper,” Oh..I see now.” he chuckled and stroked the paper straight,” Thank you, Zelo. I’ll remember and be sure the fruits are going to be tasty.” he smiled thankfully at the younger.

Zelo shook his head when the other worried about his own name. Laughing a little too he tried to control himself. "E-eros u-use t-to like t-to brag a-about um.. h-having r-ridden Z-zeus" Zelo chuckled.

Zelo paused as the other squinted at his terribly spelt and written list- He knew he couldn't write very well. "T-they'll l-last for a v-very long t-time" Zelo added with a nod. 

He looked about the others room. "H-how've y-you been settling i-in?" he inquired politely.
