He was incredibly charming, he was so polite, his manners were impeccable. He obviously is a regular there so he knew all the stuff and he really had the time of the day for everyone and was, you know, shaking everyones hands, hugging them, helping them carrying things over, lots of please’s and thank you’s. I thought ‘What a well brought up young man’. I think, he was genuine, he just stroke me as a real gentle, thoughtful soul.
