Armored Warfare’s new event, The Caribbean Crises opened this holiday season! I personally just finished the missions, and I hope they have a sequel to this. Each mission was unique not just from each other but also from the general PvE match game types. The enemies may not have been the toughest on normal difficulty, but the way the objectives were set up made the missions challenging and fun. I highly recommend trying these missions out. If you’re not already part of Armored Warfare, give it a spin and I’m sure you’ll thoroughly enjoy it as a great alternative to World of Tanks.

>The BT-42 was used for the first time in 1943, at the Svir River, where it was used against enemy pillboxes. The design worked reasonably well against soft targets but was completely unsuitable for anti-tank warfare.

> The weaknesses [of the BT-42] could mainly be attributed to the new turret, which apart from giving the tank a high-profile also added significant weight to the vehicle, stressing the suspension and the engine.

>In one encounter, a Finnish BT-42 hit a Soviet T-34 18 times, failing even to immobilize the enemy vehicle.

>The BT-42 was extremely top heavy, and could flip on even the shallowest of turns. It was literally taller than it was wide.

>Whilst Finnish records indicate that the BT-42 had the same top speed as the BT-7 (53km/hr) the extra 4 tonnes, one of which was from the 114mm Gun alone, meant that reaching that speed was outside the realm of possibility in most cases.

>The suspension of the BT-7 was designed to carry a weight of ~12 tonnes. The BT-42 was 15 tonnes. Whilst the BT-7 could travel without tracks, putting even more stress on a lower surface area would probably have broken the wheels (though this wasnt ever tested.)

Is it just my bad memory or is this show getting more fantasy every time I see it? Those stunts don’t feel badass or funny, they’re just … completely unrealistic in a way that annoys me.

Apart from that and what the previous poster said, I still can’t wrap my head around how they’re not dying during these battles. How are they not breaking at least 90% of their bones when being thrown around like that? How did the Karl not tear a tank to shreds with a direct hit yet? Etc etc

Team Make Them Kill Each Other

It’s just an anime, who cares?

Oh sorry, I didn’t know I wasn’t allowed to express my thoughts on my blog.
