I really can’t believe the day has come where Daiya is actually over…I remember back in 2016 when I first watched Daiya thinking that, “This is just a baseball anime.” No, it was much more than that for me. Honestly, this news is very bittersweet and overall heartbreaking because like me and many other fans, we weren’t prepared to let it go. Not so soon. But like all good things they must come to an end and I’m lucky to say that I’ve been with this series for a solid 6 and half years out of the 16 of it’s been running.
I’m just really gonna miss this series so much but it’ll always be in my heart.
Thank you Terajima-sensei for giving us an amazing series that I’ll cherish for the rest of my life. Thank you for giving us such amazing characters that I will continue to love with all my heart. Thank you for even giving us Act II in the first place where Eijun was able to overcome all odds and show us the ace he was always meant to be. And just thank you for working so hard for the last 16 years!
⚾️✨Let’s meet at Nationals again soon!✨⚾️
