PechaKucha founders Astrid Klein and Mark Dytham have teamed up with Architecture for Humanity for the project, which aims to raise $100,000 for rebuilding Haiti.
The event will unfold at a more leisurely pace than most jam-packed Pecha Kucha soirées, which can feature upward of 12 presentations. Instead, curators at the CCA and Pecha Kucha selected six presentations through a submission process. Topics will include such varied subjects as bathhouses, snow removal and ideas around moral hygiene
