Hi anon, thanks for your message and your concern! I’ve been thinking a while of what to say...I’m healthy, and currently life outside the internet is quite consuming. A family member passed away a few months back so I needed to leave the country for a bit, and now I’m busy with applications and interviews and...kind of in the middle of deciding my next life direction. Busy with other happy things too, like birthday celebrations, book club discussions, and very quality time spent with my family and friends :)
As exciting and fun fandom is, I also get burnt out really easily, and at this time, I feel I need to take it slow or I’ll lose my love for fandom entirely. (It’s something that happened to me a few years back.) I’m still enjoying TG:Re but I cannot keep up with the weekly spoilers and excitement, so I’m contented to wait for the chapter to be out (sometimes even two or three chapters to be out) before reading it.
I do apologise to those who requested translations and asked fandom related questions and which I haven’t delivered on. I haven’t deleted any of the messages, and when I have the energy and drive I would love to answer them, but I’m afraid I’ll be taking a while to get back into fandom. I’m really sorry, and also thankful that there are people concerned enough to send me a kind message ;__;
TGRe 75 Partial Text Translation
In the midst of deep darkness, Kaneki thinks about Touka and the rest.
Kaneki: (...were Touka and the rest... able to make a full escape...
I'm sure they're fine... Maybe this is enough...)
In the darkness the sound of the machine press is reverberating. Naked, Kaneki is entering the river Styx.
??: ...no way, oi!
Kaneki: ...!?
As Kaneki is entering the river, somebody grabs his wrist and stops him. That person...is Hide.
Hide: What do you mean “maybe this is enough”! You think you're that person who committed suicide by drowning...? That...famous one...!
Kaneki: ...Hi-...
Hide: Come on, get out of there.
Kaneki: Eh...
Hide: And put some clothes on, seeing your naked figure doesn't make me happy at all, kay?
Kaneki: Ah, sorry...
Now clothed, Kaneki sits facing Hide.
Hide: So...you say you've bought plenty of time, or rather, you've more than fulfilled your duty fighting Glasses – you really haven't changed, man.
Kaneki: I-I'm sure they're about to reach the Disposal site by now...with everybody co-operating...
Hide: You liar, you're bothered by the sound just now.
Kaneki: ...
Hide: You understand, yeah? That something happened up there.
Kaneki: ...
Hide: You understand and despite that...it's okay to just be beaten up like this, is it?
Kaneki: ...but...I can't...
Hide: You saying you can't win?
Kaneki: Yeah...
Hide: I say you can. Cause you're so muscular! What happened to those muscles, eh?
Kaneki: ...I wonder if you're right...
Hide: I'm sure I am!
Kaneki: ...
Kaneki has his head bowed, silent, but it seems like a smile is slowly returning to his face. While looking down, he speaks.
Kaneki: Hide...
Hide: Yeah?
Kaneki: I...I'm...I'm lonely without you...
Hide: ...are you a rabbit?
...you kept going on and on about stuff like “I want to die” and “I want to disappear”.
...you just haven't found a reason to live, yeah?
You'll find it real quick. Don't waste the life you went through such pains to get back.
Hide stands up.
Hide: Hey, you can walk already, right? Go on now.
Kaneki remains seated. With his back turned, Hide speaks.
Hide: Kaneki.
You said, “I want to die in a cool way for somebody. I'll risk my life.”?
I~diot, at that time I was thinking, “I want to live with you.”
I'll say it until you listen. Even if it's in an ugly way – live.
The conversation within the mind ends. While crying, Kaneki's hair turns white and he awakens.

Kaneki paused outside the doors to the Hospital Wing, the courage he had talked himself into faltering. The sound of laughter and good-natured ribbing from inside the Hospital made his courage disappear altogether, and he tugged uncomfortably at his striped tie.
He sighed, took a few steps away, then stopped and looked back at the doors as though they were dragon teeth that might snap him up.
Just go in there and say you’re glad he’s alright, Kaneki told himself firmly. It wouldn’t be too weird. The fourth-year Gryffindor was one of the popular students in Hogwarts and was surely used to people wishing him well. In fact, from the two hours that Kaneki had spent hiding in a little alcove watching people from all Houses and years make their way to the Hospital Wing, he was almost certain that he wouldn’t stick out too much. He would just be one of the many nameless well-wishers that the boy wouldn’t even remember.
Yes. That was right. So why did he feel like he was going to vomit all over his shoes the moment he opened his mouth?

Ooooh he can be quite a nerd! I headcanon him as Gryffindor though, with his strong moral code and not shying away from confrontation if he believes he’s doing the right thing. And also the pig-headed stubbornness that tends to be the negative trait of Gryffindors ^^;;

When Kaneki-kun is brought back, perhaps the Thousand-Year Reign will arrive.
Then the world will be ruled by the souls of martyrs and those who refused to follow the Antichrist (souls are also called floppies)...this will make me anticipate an amoneki development, okay...!!? Even though I wouldn’t know whether this would happen because it’s all up to sensei!!
The requirement for entering this kingdom emphasises repentance, which really feels like a premonition for amoneki... After all, people who hang a cross - which symbolises repentance - from their necks would understand this......!
I wish for the two of them to build the “Paradise on Earth” that will last a thousand years. Because that will be too adorable.

元々「デミアン」の 第5章 鳥は卵の中からぬけ出ようと戦う
を元にアブラクサスに向かっているようなイメージで描き始めたんだけど、本誌の流れで上記の気付きがあったので急遽所々変えた。

At first, I started drawing with the image of Abraxas based on Demian, Chapter 5, “The Bird Fights Its Way Out of the Egg”. However, with the way the story is going, I became aware of the above mentioned verses and thus hurriedly changed some parts.

If Amon-san’s right eye is a kagune, in this composition both of them show their human eye, and in the opposite both of them would show their kagune, huh.
