Komui, oddly enough. He’s infuriating in his own way, but Komui committed himself to the Order to be there for his sister and then proceeded to mother the whole of Headquarters. He put a firm stop to the Orders experimentation but still holds that memory with him to remind himself of how far things can go unchecked, memorised the names of the children lost.
Cross doesn’t necessarily like Komui, but he trusts him.

Allen. It doesn’t seem like it, but he does. Allen can get absolutely vicious when Cross provokes him and it makes Cross smile, because there he is, that’s the boy beneath the trauma, it’s good to see you.

God damn it! Cross IS the Phantom! How Did I not realize this sooner?! IT WAS SO OBVIOUS! My mind is blown forever!!
I KNOW and it makes me laugh ‘cause I’ve always had this headcanon that he’s got a pretty good singing voice but is real self-conscious about it and thinks it’s bad ‘cause it’s deep and rough. But yeah he’s got a nose unlike the original Phantom, but a fucked up eye (ostensibly, there’s no eyehole in his mask)

Well, it’s for a rather new and ongoing anime called Juuni Taisen. It’s like a hunger games for Chinese zodiacs. (or people based off of Chinese Zodiacs).
Wow! Last time I saw an anime/manga involving the Chinese Zodiac it was Fruits Basket which had its intense moments but, uh, definitely not the Hunger Games.

That’s sounds like a daily adventure of fun!! (and possibly murder if you like bloody fandoms like I recently started doing.)
Sometimes murder but not often, surprising considering the amount of murder that actually goes on in canon much of the time. I hyperfocus on a particular character really, so I tend to switch between characters in their own ‘worlds’ or whatever. It’s hard to explain. I do enjoy it though.
