Porter Robinson - Goodbye To a World
At last our journey has come to an end. This is for sure my favorite track of the entire album. No matter what I tried, I couldn't do this cover justice. In the end, I stripped all of the excess gaudiness and left only the most important piece. It's a bittersweet goodbye.
Thank you everyone for the support. I had a ton of fun making all 12 tracks and can't wait to see Porter live at The Shrine this Saturday. Tomorrow I will be releasing the final piece - the Worlds cover art, as envisioned by me, along with a compilation post of all 12 tracks.

When I made this piece, I sat there for 2 hours, somehow unable to produce it. And I will openly admit that the reason was cause I was wrought with emotion. It’s really hard to listen to this track on repeat and not feel your chest swell with nostalgia, longing, and hope.

At last, I reach the epic track that launched the Worlds album into stardom. I spent a meticulous 5 hours on this, the longest I've ever spent on any cover. My current play count with the song on repeat is 132. The Arty remix has another 50.
I'm also attaching the first version of the cover I made a few months ago when the track first premiered on BBC Radio 1. It was the inspiration that started this whole project. Hope you guys like both!
