Just a brief reminder I’m still alive. I’ve been reminiscing about tumblr and how I met so many great friends on here, but the majority of them had their accounts deleted for various degrees of naughtiness lmao. I’m so glad that I have managed to catch most of them on different media platforms and also eternally grateful for the ones I have met irl and still keep in touch with well over a decade later.

Halloweening

I had lots of fun at UK Deathfest! The two bands I was most excited to see were Craft and Triumph of Death and it was wonderful to see them play live! It was very worth the two year wait because of covid.

I’m not the most knowledgeable about metal so it was also exciting to hear bands I hadn’t heard before. A band that I didn’t know before but came away a fan of was Martyrdöd. I also really enjoyed watching Benediction.

I was kind of worried about feeling out of place but lots of people were really nice about my outfits and one funny moment was when a cutie in a Bathory shirt stopped and bowed to me and Jordan was kind of jelly and got a bit haughty like ‘That guy is probably an asshole! Hmph!’ because I was all bashful and shit afterwards but it’s because no one has ever bowed to me before in my life. I think Jordan was just mad he didn’t think of it first! He got over it quickly, he knows he has no reason to be jealous, other people are cute but he’s forever the most beautiful to me.

This dress is kind of mini and a bit transparent and ages ago I wore it to a job on my day off without really thinking about it because I just had to pop in really quickly. And I got pulled aside by someone like ‘please don’t wear that here again.’ Awkward. Jordan thought was hilarious when I told him. I was kind of mortified and this is the first time I’ve worn it since lmao. Shaaamed.
