Fruits, vegetables and wines from Israel are often wrongly labelled as “Produce in Israel” when they come from stolen Palestinian land. Boycott all produce from Israel in your supermarket and demand they are removed from shelves.

keep in mind, though, that this isn't a complete list: you should still check the origin labels on other types of fruit and veggies, and see if any local orgs have produced a more complete breakdown of israeli produce that's specific to your country
Since I'm seeing several questions in the comments and it's something I've looked into a bit, here's some additional info:
- In the EU, US and Canada, produce is required to have a label/sticker that cites its origin. (I believe UK as well)
- If you're in the US, some of these produce (especially avocado) are not very likely to come from Israel, however, in the EU they can. Most avocados still come from Middle/South America, but I remember buying some a few years ago and only seeing the "produce of Israel" sticker at home. Unlikely doesn't mean never though. Always check the labels!
- Dried fruits or in any way processed fruits, veggies and crops are more likely to be imported into North America. There should also be a "made/produced/manufactured in" line on the packaging.
- As a rule of thumb, the closer to Israel you are - i.e. Europe - the more likely you'll find Israeli produce in your supermarkets, particularly produce that grows in a warm subtropical climate.
- Produce isn't all that Israel is exporting. Here's a list of imports into the US by product groups. https://tradingeconomics.com/united-states/imports/israel So it's worth checking any manufacturing labels on products you want to buy. The same goes for the EU and the UK of course.
- PRIVATE BOYCOTTS ARE NOT ILLEGAL! There are laws in the US and other places that prohibit or sanction BDS measures against Israel, but that only goes for public persons and companies who openly participate in BDS. As a company, you can still say "We got a better offer for this product from country XY", but you're not allowed to say you are deliberately doing this because you want to boycott Israel. As a private person, however, nobody can force you to buy anything or even control what you buy or refuse to buy in the first place. So don't worry about that.

Ive noticed recently that my generation has... no concept of what the various economic classes actually are anymore. I talk to my friends and they genuinely say things like "at least i can afford a middle class lifestyle with this job because i dont need a roommate for my one bedroom apartment" and its like... oughh
You guys, middle class doesnt mean "a stable enough rented roof over your head," it means "a house you bought, a nice car or two, the ability to support a family, and take days off and vacations every year with income to spare for retirement savings and rainy days." If all you have is a rented apartment without a roommate and a used car, you're lower class. That's lower class.
And i cant help but wonder if this is why you get kids on tumblr lumping in doctors and actors into their "eat the rich" rhetoric: economic amnesia has blinded you to what the class divides actually are. The real middle class lifestyle has become so unattainable within a system that relies upon its existence that theyve convinced you that those who can still reach it are the elites while your extreme couponing to afford your groceries is the new normal.

as we approach tu bishvat I am thinking about the olive trees in palestine. as we approach the new year for trees i am thinking about all the trees burned and cut down and decimated in palestine during the past century. as people gear up to donate to the reforestation and ecological concerns of occupied lands for tu bishvat i am thinking of the disregard for the environment in gaza and the west bank, i am thinking of the destruction of agricultural sites, of families’ olive groves and pomegranate trees that have stood for decades or even centuries, i am thinking of the ecological impact of incessant bombardment. as i get the zoom link to the tu bishvat seder with a list of foods to prepare in my email i am thinking of hunger in palestine.

something that really fucking breaks my heart is how young so many of the journalists giving us on-the-ground coverage from gaza are. motaz is what, 24/25? bisan is 26 at most? they're my age. i cannot fathom the enormity of the trauma and grief that they are carrying while also going to such extreme lengths to ensure that israel does not erase this genocide from our collective memory. they are so terrified of being forgotten. inshallah they will live, we will never forget them.
