Place several fresh vegetables in a ovenproof dish, put in the oven and you have a delicious and quick meal. My suggestion: eggplant, tomatoes and onions. Ok, have some melted cheese on top to make it perfect, but just a small portion of a low fat cheese, like bufala mozzarella.

I tried a lot of oatmeal recipes for breakfast, and this one is so far the best I ever made. The combination os the creamy swiss cheese (laughing cow), honey and pears is perfect to sastify my sweet tooth. The secret ingredient: cinnamon extract and whole gloves!
