Shoutout to people with scoliosis
Shout out to the people who have tried physical therapy, wearing a brace, undergoing surgeries and still didn’t see any improvements
Shout out to people who suffer from mental illnesses partially due to scoliosis
Shout out to people who got told that their pain is made up, even by a doctor.
Shout out to those whose their scar has stretched and is no longer a perfect line and it takes up a lot of space , is more visible and very thin and fragile
Shout out to people who have self hatred deeply rooted in them, because we’re told since we were children how wrong our bodies look
Shout out to people who just can’t cope some times even if it’s for hours, days, months at a time
Shout out to people who need lots of rest after being out for some time
Shout out to people that have used all of their spoons by the end of school
Shout out to those that push their bodies to exhaustion, and to those who know when it’s best to stop and rest
Shout out to those in the community who feel like they’re not represented as much.
