He gave them a lighthearted pat on the back or two, accompanied by a chuckle. " 'm sure I got somethin with me for headaches though. D'you take Tylenol or Advil?"

Their entire being seemed to relax when the other calmed himself, exhaling hard and slumping with relief. The feelings weren’t gone, but they were softer now and at least they could actually think around them. “Thanks.” They offered, peering at him. “For not being a dick about it.”

"Oh, no, 's no problem. I'm actually glad you came to me about it! I'd hate to be the person fuckin up yer day, even just a little.." he rubbed the back of his neck, giving a sheepish grin. He still kept a note to keep his thoughts and feelings calm, though. " 's a neat talent you got there though, I didn't even notice I was thinkin' a' so much!"

Alex winced at the influx of negative emotions, the rush of it grating against their developing headache. “Sorry.” They managed through gritted teeth, “Not to be an asshole. It’s just hard to ignore it and I have a headache. Can you just— Take some deep breaths or something? Jesus, dude, you’ve got a lot on your mind.”

Daniel blinked... still kind of confused but listening to Alex. “o-oh, um. sure, i can try that... Sorry it’s makin your headache worse?” He took a deep breath and tried to calm all the thoughts running through his head... at least for a little bit.  “How d’you know that, though?”

You’re spilling your feelings everywhere, and it’s fucking distracting.” They paused and then added harshly, “And you know if you listen to music that loud all the time, you’re going to fuck up your ears.”

Daniel’s expression turned somewhat confused and somewhat sour. “Hey, hey, no need to be fuckin’ rude... Yer not even making any sense- I’m thinking too loud??” He leaned back, stuffing his hands into his pockets, feeling kinda defensive. “never said i listened to it that loud all the time either.” he huffed.

“Mm? What’d ya mean then? W....was i singin’ again, oh shit-” he turned the music on his phone down and pulled the headphones down around his neck. “nah, dude! i just like music a lot, ahah,, kinda my thing!”

“Can you tone it down there, bud? You’re being almost as loud as your hair.”

He pulled one of the headphones from his ear, and in doing so, made the music just a bit louder because it was unmuffled now.  “Wh- ..oh.. Oh! Hahah! sorry about that buddy, didn’t mean to disturb ‘ya! I can turn it down!”
