I'm hiding because it's been ages since we stopped talking and I don't want you to feel awkward. But I hope you just enjoy the compliment because it's far from 'just' the stymists cleaning you up.

Why would that be awkward? Old friends can still talk after a long time, right? Ah, I’m even confused as to how we stopped talking, but that’s a question I;ll save for later. Thank you for such a gracious compliment, though! I am no longer going to make efforts to refuse it!

I'm just a certain someone who missed you and figured your beauty should be appreciated.

A certain someone who misses me? Yah, then why do you have to be hidden? {` she chuckles `} I’m really not that special, but I guess that’s an added boost to the stylists’ ego for cleaning me up well. Thank you, nonetheless!

It’s that time again. Yet another year has passed since the journey of this wonderful bean started on this platform. And guess what? I’m very happy about that. We’re going strong. When this muse first made his appearance on people’s dashboards, I had no idea about the adventure that awaited us. Wonderful muses and muns have crossed our path and I just want to say one thing; you’re great. Thank you.

I’m excited to start a new year babying this muse of mine and hopefully exploring new things through new threads and new people. Those few who have been writing with me for a long time and are still around, you’re going to have to deal with me from now on as well because I’ll want to continue our writing journeys. Let’s keep our boats floating, yeah?

The following people have in one way or another given great memories to me and my muse during the past year/three years, so they deserve a tiny shoutout. ♥

@94vousmevoyez @nicorissi @svbjet @baeyeonsei @bachye @lighthousehan @spvtnik

And a few others with whom I’ll hopefully have a chance to interact soon. I see you!

–★★★ SANA

━ ♡ ; as soon as the question leaves from irene’s lips the young girl exclaims she merely tried to play hide & seek – without telling anyone.  ❛  ah, ahreum-ie, you can’t play hide & seek without us knowing. how would we know we have to search ?  ❜  there’s a soft sigh, the young girl gently being placed feet first on the ground again ; seojun in the meantime pulling on ahreum’s shirt, trying to get her attention. there’s a quick nod accompanied by a proud smile, it may be the first time sana had said something that exactly fitted the kids needs – maybe at the end of this she’d be able to mind read them, make sure they are happy all the time without them ever having to whine about a single thing.  ❛  finally, i was terrible just a few hours ago. oh . . . right, they should eat something healthy, we could … get them kimbap ??  that’s always a good choice.  ❜  to her, at least.
    sana has a short moment of thought, humming as she reconsiders her former answer, though – giving it a firm nod as if agreeing with herself once more, & clearly the two children weren’t opposed to the idea of kimbap, either. now the only problem would be getting them to the food, &making sure the food didn’t go anywhere but their mouths, which was most certainly easier said than done, she had seen people fail at it multiple times, you look away once & the children look as if they have been BATHING in their food. but maybe movies simply dramatized it ???  ❛  ahreum-ie, hold on to unnies hand, we’ll walk a bit now, okay ?  you two will behave, right ?  ❜  walk a bit – by that she meant desperately searching for a food stand that didn’t just offer sweets. here the younger girl was hoping this amusement park even offered kimbap somewhere, worst case scenario ; they’d have to get hotdogs.
❛  irene unnie,  look. there’s a card of this place. maybe it’ll tell us where the next actual restaurant is ??  ❜

A wispy giggle resonates from Joohyun’s lips, a hand covering the sound of laughter as she watched how Sana further interacted with Ahreum. It was slightly mean of Joohyun to have let the younger female take the older sibling into her care since kids Ahreum’s age tended to be too energetic for the average adult’s liking. However, Joohyun quickly shrugs it off, and instead, she feels a sense of pride for the younger as she observes how she finally got the hang of things. Hearing Sana’s suggestion for a healthier choice of meal, Joohyun crouches down to the small boy’s level, beaming at the child as her eyes widened, eluding the expression with enthusiasm. “Seojun-ah, do you want to eat some kimbap? Do you want noona to carry you?” Just a few eager nods from the child and Joohyun is already scooping him up in her arms, holding him carefully. For a woman with tiny stature, she seemed to be too used to carrying extra weight.

Then, Joohyun turns back to Sana who was also set to go with Ahreum. “I don’t know if it’ll be easy for us to find a stall that serves kimbap, but there’s nothing wrong with trying, right?” Joohyun was too enthusiastic and comfortable today. Maybe the presence of kids was something that brightened her up subconsciously. With the kids in tow, they began their unpredictable search for the food. Throughout, the pair only saw stalls for cotton candy, pop corn, and hotdogs. There were a few small eateries there, but just looking at the exterior, Joohyun couldn’t even begin to stomach thinking of the price. “Sana-ya, do you think we should bring them over there?” She points at one. She has no clue if that certain food place served what they were looking for, but Seojun was beginning to whine with each minute that they prolonged their search. Joohyun turns to the show’s staff, a pleading grin spreading across her cheeks. “You’ll give us extra money, right?”
