My little girl made her arrival May 2nd. Edythe Grace was 9.3 pounds and 21 inches. We are in LOVE with this baby ginger. ❤️

Just saying hi on my pretty much defunked blog! 2017 has NOT been off to a great start. I've been unemployed since mid January, got laid off/fired just for being too awesome to be at a company of fools. It took what felt like forever to find a new job but I FINALLY start this week at a new position. Unfortunately it's back in NYC....omg I'm too old to commute :( but a job is a job! It's been nearly 7 weeks of just me and hanging out with dogs (see proof above), extreme boredom....and bugging Brian when he comes home from school. Next steps...Brian and I now have to figure out where in NJ we want to buy a house along the NYC train line, which for $500k we can basically buy a shack! Fun times over here.... Hope everyone else is having a good year so far!

Ahhh I can't believe we have to go back to work tomorrow! Can I please have a week off? Brian and I hosted our first holiday- 11 people in our small house. All the food was perfect. I got a new car! Mo thinks he's part of our Christmas decorations in the window. And the dogs ended the weekend with a nap on Brian. Ugh, back to work it is.
