idk i love the lyric “‘i rent a place on cornelia street,’ i say casually in the car” because...if taylor’s anything like me, it probably wasn’t casual. her heart was racing and adrenaline was coursing through her body as she feared herself up to say it. her voice might’ve shaken a little bit. but he probably responded just as ‘casually’ with the façade of normalcy but the excitement and nervousness bubbling just underneath the surface as well. much to think about
