Very old traditional illustrations from my ‘Native Cat series’. Silhouettes of a cat breed are shaped by the varies cultural aspects relating to their native country/region. 

From top to bottom, left to right: Norwegian Forest cat, Siamese, Abyssinian, Russian Blue, Dragon Li, Japanese Bobtail, Maine Coone cat, Egyptian Mau, Aegean, and British Shorthair.

Materials used: Marker, ink pen, colored pencil, gel pen, and/or watercolor.
