first we have the scene where El and Mike meet again and Mike gives El the flowers. In the background we can see Jonathan looking at Will as if he was worried about his reaction
and later when Mike avoids Will's hug and everything becomes very awkward Jon breaks the ice greeting Mike
then Mike asks Will what he was holding (the painting).
In my opinion it is very obvious that the painting is for Mike and Will planned to give it to him at the airport but after the hug he changes his mind and decides not to give it to him, saying that it is just something he is working aaaand right after he says that Jonathan stares at him with this look .... as if he knew that Will was planning to give it to mike
obviously after all this Will gets sad and Jon noticed this!!! when they drop the three off at the skating rink, Jon tells Will to try and have fun.
and after Will's flatly reply he is left worried because there is nothing he can do to help his little brother or at least now, I would like to see a scene in the future where Jon approaches Will and tries to cheer him up and maybe encourage Will to tell Mike how he feels about him.
