//Okay, one reason? Your life is worth so much more than what you’re dealing with now that’s made you want to take your life.

You are important and you’re loved and you deserve to live so that you can find the happiness that everyone should have. And you can find it if you survive this. Whatever you’re dealing with that’s made you feel this way might be permanent, but that doesn’t mean you’ll still feel the same way about it later as you do now. Things change, you’ll change, and I can bet you’ll be thankful you didn’t take your life later on down the road.

I can’t give specific advice without specific understanding of your situation, of course, so you’ll have to forgive me for the vagueness, but try and step back from the situation you’re in, if you can, and take a minute to breath and remember that there’s a lot more to life than what’s going on right now.

There’s a reason so many people always insist on telling you that it will get better when you say there’s no hope or no point, and it’s true, even if ‘better’ doesn’t come right away. But your life is absolutely worth living and fighting for through bad times and bad circumstances, so please keep on living.

And on the slightly more IC side, Sam's dealt with a lot of awful situations and things he couldn't change and control. But he still kept on fighting for his life.
