Someone was driving their tiny car with a couch on the roof. It's not in the video but they tried balancing it with their hand at one point

WELP here’s the project I did for school that I wanna work into a more personal project throughout this summer and in the future as well. I haven’t done a comic in a long time, so there was a lot of experimenting here and I’m gonna apologize ahead for my shaky storytelling cuz writing is not my forte, although I do plan on fixing this up in the future. It’s a sort of prequel to what I wanna do for my zodiac kids, so it was just a lot of messing around with them. Nothing is historically accurate; its psuedo history and fanstasy so hahaHA

I made this today and can confirm it is the real deal. If you are poor and/or eat instant ramen all the time like me, you should give it a try.

Example pics from that blog post:

I just tried it out myself, too. It is pretty legit.

I’ve been adding egg to my soupy ramen for a while… got to try this take on it!

listen, if you’re poor, and buy green onion, don’t keep it in a bag in the fridge! put the bunch in a glass of water, so the waxy white part is submerged, and leave it somewhere it gets some sunlight. instead of rotting in the crisper drawer, the onions will stay fresh almost indefinitely, and can even replenish themselves.

you can eat the stalks whole one by one, or just cut the greens off with scissors and let them grow back from the white base. just don’t let the water get too old or too warm, or submerge too much of the greens, or you risk losing a stalk to rot— just replace the water once or twice a week, do an occasional sniff test.

if the roots get real long, you can even upgrade your stalks to houseplant status. when potted, the upkeep’s a little higher, because you have to water them regularly, but the onions start to reproduce.

i’ve heard bok choy does fine in water too, but i haven’t tried it. see for yourself.

I did not know this green onion tip and will be using it!

Other option is boil ramen like normal, then at the end stir the pot to get a whirlpool going, then crack an egg in. Wait 30 secs, drain in a colander (reserve a bit of water) and pour in a bowl. Add reserved water and flavoring packet. That’s how I’ve always done it, anyway.

Wow everyone look at this- this is an amazing tablet, and I wish I had seen it before I just dropped $170 on a small intuos 5 This is called a Tursion  Huion tablet- looks pretty simple right- kind of like a bamboo here’s the thing. This tablet has 2024 levels of pressure- that is the equivalent  to the pressure an intuos 5 currently has (retail price: $229 for the smallest) You can get this lovely  tablet for under $50 dollars on amazon Only thing this beautiful table it lacking is a few simple buttons, but still, I mean, its drawing area is even bigger on average then most Wacom’s small tablets- and from the reviews ive seen on it people are very impressed….so just spreading the word around that Wacom isn’t the only one that is making good tablets- the more the company is  spread perhaps they will come out with even better products that not only match up to Wacom, but are with in our price range for once! You an buy one below at the link! http://www.amazon.com/Tursion-Graphic-Drawing-Capture-Tablet/dp/B008Y431CS/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1371642706&sr=8-4&keywords=turcom

I literately just bought one of these and got it today omfg, its great you guys ok!

Reblogging to spread the word, it has good reviews and is a great alternative to WACOM.

I’ve been using a Huion for the last few months and I LOVE it. Mine cost me $75 and it’s comparable to a $200-$300 Intuos). You don’t need to break the bank for the sake of digital art!! Wacom isn’t the only choice for a quality product anymore.

Gave this to my sister a few years ago and the pen broke (because I dropped it off a shelf RIP) and it was super easy to replace.

Okay, so my ancient tablet just died and i was thinking of how to start looking for a replacement…

Don’t use Wacom.

Use Ugee and other tablet companies like this one. I have a Ugee 1910b that works EXACTLY like a Cintiq but costs half. Step up your game Wacom, you lost a customer.

Ok but I had this tablet and used it exclusively for a year before I upgraded because it was such an awful tablet. first of all, the port in the actual tablet breaks extremely easily. it comes lose from simple every day use and will constantly disconnect and reconnect while you use it. second of all, the pen itself has to have batteries in it which makes it extremely heavy and cumbersome. it feels like drawing with a weight attached to your hand. not exaggerating. the surface texture is also too glossy and smooth; the learning curve for getting used to it isn’t worth it. if you’re fine with wanting to crack it in half over your head every time you use it, by all means go ahead. but the Wacom I replaced it with is a million times better in every way except for size. it is most certainly worth it to drop the extra fifty dollars on a Wacom because you’re going to be replacing the shitty Huion in a year or less.

Very softly, she says, “I miss you too.”
“Yeah?”
“Oh yeah. Every mountain reminds me of you.
My lips almost lift. “You’re speaking to fucking mountains now, sweetheart?
She laughs, which instantly makes me fucking smile. “Only the mountains you’ve touched. Those are my favorites.
