I really miss being in a relationship. It’s not like I’m settling for my next one or anything. Honestly, I haven’t even dated since I broke up with my ex A YEAR AGO but... I do miss the companionship. Friendship has been my middle ground. I’ve found companionships through friends but it’s never really the same. And it’s not like I’m going around looking for a relationship waiting to “settle” for my next boyfriend like I feel I did my last (tbh). But I’m just trying to get back to my roots. My central happiness core. Where I know where I’m going, learned from where I’ve been, and go into my next venture fully aware of what I’m doing and what my goal is. I’m so eager for this new year and so anxious for how much I’m going to grow. I’ve grown so much in the past year alone and honestly, I’m so fucking proud of myself. I can’t wait for what’s in store for me next year.
