-  try to limit time on your phone, too much time on there can be overwhelming!

-  do some journalling and diary entries

-  do things you were meaning to do but were always too busy for

-  let in the sunlight ✨

-  make origami cranes and flowers

-  decorate your room - put up your favourite photos and pictures

-  remember to stay hydrated 🌱

-  accept all your emotions as they come, and express them healthily 🌷 

-  dance or do some fun exercises to ease your mind

-  get out your paintbrushes and follow a painting tutorial

-  try out a new thing, like a language, subject or musical instrument, and dedicate some time to it every day

-  brew some soothing tea 

-  use this time to better your health and improve yourself :)
