I almost used the word “humanstuck gems” to refer to the Crystal Gems as humans. It’s like the suffix -stuck no longer refers to its origin as Homestuck in my head. Kind of like -gate doesn’t feel related to Watergate anymore.

its the same with lyricstucks. even those that arent even homestuck still get called lyricstucks

stuck is its own thing now. canon is dead, we will make our own marvels
