‘Fame-Seeking’ Briana Jungwirth Blasted As A 'Hypocrite' After Moaning About Privacy

The past week has seen Louis Tomlinson’s frosty relationship with Briana Jungwirth really come to a head as the One Direction star took Bri to court over the custody arrangements of their son, Freddie.

Despite paying Briana a reported $15,000 a month in child support, Louis rarely sees Freddie, and Bri even refuses to let the star come to her house - which he pays for - to pick Freddie up, instead exchanging the car seat in view of the paparazzi in a public car park.

Now it has been claimed that Louis is unhappy with how much publicity Briana is entertaining through their son, asking her through the courts to refrain from posting about Freddie in a bid to keep the infant’s privacy intact, however, Briana hit back at the allegations on Twitter last night - chastising One Direction fans for “prying”.

Within the rant, Briana moaned: “Please stop prying into the private and personal facts of my life and my son’s life.

“I am hopeful that you will all respect my son’s privacy and find it in your hearts to discontinue the overwhelmingly inappropriate comments about me, my family, and most importantly, my son.”

However, Briana’s request for privacy was dubbed more than a little bit hypocritical by her followers, who were quick to point out that Briana publicised her own private life to her hundreds of thousands of social media followers.

In fact, twitter users questioned why Bri’s public Twitter bio - which has almost 30,000 followers - includes links to her public Snapchat and Instagram accounts as well as a contact email address for PR requests if she was desperate to maintain a private life. 

Briana also sparked backlash last month when she started using her high-profile position through Louis and Freddie to promote weight-loss tea on Instagram, earning an unclassified amount of money to advertise the product to her 533,000 followers.

Furthermore, Briana previously hosted a three-hour long livestream alongside one of her friends on Twitter, with the two girls encouraging thousands of One Direction fans to ask them “anything”, answering personal questions about Freddie and Briana’s family life.

In the livestream she also asked viewers if they’d be interested if she were to start a public vlog about being Freddie’s mum, a question that she no doubt hopes the thousands of people watching had forgotten.

Taking to Twitter, One Direction fans were understandably fed up with Briana blaming them for the invasion to her and Freddie’s private life, especially when she had so openly publicised it in the months leading to yesterday’s rant:
