Things we know from Louis’ birthday photo today:

- Kensington Palace has assured that the picture has not been edited

- They palace considered not releasing a photo because they were aware of the difficult balance in asking for privacy, then releasing a birthday photo of Louis, but decided to put out the picture as a way of thanking those who had sent birthday wishes

- It was taken in Windsor in the "last few days" by Catherine

- It is an "unprecedented time" for the Prince and Princess of Wales and their young family

- Catherine is continuing with her cancer treatment

I can’t believe Kate has cancer. Every time the thought crosses my mind it makes me sick to my stomach. It feels fake almost? Like it can’t be real? Kate has cancer? Some kind of parallel universe where this can’t possibly be true? My beautiful, best girl - who I met and spoke to and physically touched and saw with my own two eyes not even a year ago - is so incredibly sick? My Kate? Has cancer?
