CHRISTMAS AT HOGWARTS – A Harry Potter Christmas Collaboration!

Every year I want to do a Harry Potter zine, but every year I know I can’t because that would involve selling fanart and I don’t think Warner Bros would like that very much :) But I love Harry Potter so so much, and I know that so many of you guys do too, so I want to do something this Christmas for everyone who loves it to celebrate it. For me, Hogwarts was always the most enchanting at Christmas and I think it’s time to spread some festive wizarding cheer :)

So here’s what I’m proposing; a web wide, open collaboration of fanart of the series and the expanded wizarding world! There’s no competition or submission process here, so anyone can contribute. The fandom is so big I’m sure we can make something big together to remind ourselves why we all love Harry Potter <3 I’d like to get as many people involved with this as possible for the most magical Christmas ever! Lets all start making some gorgeous art and flood tumblr with Harry Potter once again <3

A few guidelines – keep it PG-13 so it’s accessible for all ages, theme it Christmassy or wintery and remember to tag your art with the hashtag #CHRISTMASATHOGWARTS . All your art will then be reblogged to the Christmas at Hogwarts 2015 tumblr here so we can see it in all its glory!

There is also a masterpost here of a bunch of different stamps that the wonderful Jean has created for you to download and put on top of your artwork if you so wish! They are pngs with a transparent background so you can stick them on top of your work to mark it as part of this collaboration! The snowflake and star separators on this post are also there if you would like to use them.

Even if you are not an artist, please reblog to spread the word, and be sure to check back to the blog throughout december to see the new fanart everyone creates!

To everyone asking if their zines have been shipped:

All zines went out about a week ago. Several people have sent messages to me saying that they didn't receive a confirmation email, so I'm assuming there was some problem with storenvy. Please check your spam folder if you haven't received an email.

If you have not received your order in the next two weeks, please emal pjofanzine@gmail.com with your order number and name.

Thank you to everyone who ordered a physical copy! It's really rewarding seeing everyone finally getting them. Digital downloads will be available soon.

Got my copy of the PJO fanzine in the mail yesterday and had a blast looking through it! And I’m really happy with how my pieces printed! Huge round of applause to the wonderful Angela for putting this zine together. I know how much of a headache zine production can be, but on the plus side, after all that hard work you get cool little books like this! So proud of all the contributors. Thanks again for inviting me to be part of this zine, Angela! ♡
