Felt like drawing more Baozhai, only I decided to get all fancy with the rendering. To which I proceeded to get lost in the art sauce for nearly a month.

I am happy with this, and I hope you enjoy it.

Felt like trying my hand at digital shading and lighting for the first time. And who better than the greatest of stinks, Whisper! I felt like I did a decent job with the shading, but I might have gone just a wee bit overboard with the lighting. Ah well, lessons for next time! Until then, I bid thee farewell!

Just felt like doing an awesome pose with Baozhai being fully armored and using her sword, which I never got to draw until now. Sheesh, that hilt gave me problems. But all in all, I am satisfied with the results of this and wanted to share it with you lot. I hope you enjoy it!

So, since I’ve been busy learning to draw and whatnot, I do wish to expand upon my repertoire of poses, expressions and character design. Which is to say I’m asking my fellow peeps if they want gift art. Because that’s what I’m essentially doing. This is not a first come, first serve basis and I’ll only be taking a few, preferably humanoid. So if you want to have your character drawn, then toss them my way.

Perspective is hard, but rewarding. I know it’s not the best, but that’s okay. All I can do is go uphill from here.

Been studying anatomy more. Especially since I’m trying to make gesture drawing a daily habit of mine. Have a long ways to go, but for now, enjoy a Bao, smug as always.
