Alright so, this is basically a anyone can join rp. You just follow this page, send in a “here” ask and you’re in. You guys run this rp, you make the rules, plan events etc. The plot is that you all live in the same apartment building. You don’t have to make a new page if you have a certain character you want to use. If you have a fc you want to use you can simply make a new account and send it in. It’s your rpg. The admins are just here to assist with events, make sure the dash is alright, and thats it. The rpers run this rp.

Yes, that’s exactly what you do. or if you don’t want to be apart of a rpg but like the character you can just simply keep that same account and join here.
It's supposed to be appless but for some of the provided OC's I might write a short bio. Anyways!, We're the only rp without over bearing admins, if you want to join all you have to do is send us a "here" ask!

In the 1950's the Vatican Cadillac Apartments located in the heart of New York City, used to be home to the many commoners, and notorious gangsters, celebrities and beauties. It's always been a place to call home, at it's peak in 1978 the very ill and frail Mr.Henry Vatican-Cadillac sold the place. Within a 2 year period things went south. People moved out, fires sparked, violence and drug businesses flooded the business. In 2012 with a new look, so much more room and a brand new owner the VC is home to over a thousand commoners, and everyone's welcomed.
How it works is that anyone who wants to join can just simply send us a here ask. You don't even have to create a new account!
