Please help out my grandma After Hurricane Maria she need donations. She is without her heart, diaberic and othe important medication. She also doesnt have power and food. We used all our savings to survive and put gas on a power generator but we have used up all of our savings. And her life depends on having electricity to power her medical equipment.

People need to understand that a person with anxiety is scared to reach out. They are afraid to ask for help because they might be rejected. They are afraid that people might judge them, that they might hear words like, “You’re just overthinking things.” They thought that no one understands them. But a person with anxiety can’t help but think about everything in advance and in a negative way. They need people who will help them. They need people who will understand them and who will not judge them. They need people who is willing to fight their anxiety with them, someone who truly care, someone who accept their darkest moments in life. We need people like them.
