In the Aftermath, a non-canonical END TIMES story

So back when we were releasing GREATLY UNKNOWN, I offered a challenge to the END TIMES actors–the person who posted the pilot to the most sites would get an END TIMES fanfiction, their choice of subject. Ryan Kearns (Adrian) won the day, and asked for a fanfic featuring Navin and Adrian meeting. The result was In the Aftermath.

The question I keep getting asked is “if you wrote the original material, is it still a fanfic?” the answer is yes. That’s because ITA is NOT CANON. Not that it doesn’t reflect a lot of my ideas about what might have happened after the finale, but rather because I’ve always stuck to the rules of the only canon being what is in the series. As soon as the camcorder is off, I don’t have any more authority over what’s happening in the Survivors’ world than you do.

So read on, dear readers, for the story of how Navin met Adrian.
