Sorry for the dry skin 😁 Day 1 of 21 Days of #yoga complete! This was my first 75 min class and I'm glad I didn't die! It was insanely hot and humid so I'm proud of myself for making it, but it was probably the giant #smoothie I had before class. No #sidecrow today, but I got into sugarcane without a back spasm, so yay me!
