Shisa-San 幽玄

@shisasan / shisasan.tumblr.com

Shisa, a mythical creature of Japanese Okinawan folklore, symbolizes protection and good fortune galore. With a lion-like appearance and fierce expression, it guards against evil and brings a sense of procession. A guardian spirit perched atop homes and gates, it wards off negativity and safeguards life's fates. Shisa represents strength, bravery, and divine might, guiding and watching over regardless of the passage of time.
