Imagine being 26 years old (literally my age now), coming down off the most successful year of your career, and now the whole entire world is against you. Imagine seeing your name trending because people are saying you’re over, you’re a liar, you’re dead. Imagine thinking this career that you’re worked tirelessly for is over in the blink of an eye. Imagine the people who claim to love and support you suddenly deciding they don’t anymore- in fact- they are going to completely turn against you. You don’t come back from that without deep scars. It’s not possible to move on and never have something tug on the pain. It’s just not. That’s a bag of emotions…one that, I think, you don’t always know which you’re going to pull out on any given day.
