I know he said  “A personality is the result of the memories of the people they’ve met in life” and I know some people think something like “Sasaki Haise is not Kaneki Ken anymore because his personality is too different and he’s not the same person without his momories. Sasaki is just someone who owns Kaneki’s body. I want Kaneki back.”.

And here I’m actually wondering what people mean when they say they want Kaneki back . Do they mean the Kaneki who was depressed and broken? A Kaneki who embraced his ghoul side, but threw away his humanity? Or is it the same thing like in the first manga before Aogiri Arc and people think “Sasaki is not badass enough” and too soft? Mhh or maybe it’s something as simple as “I don’t like the CCG and that’s the reason why I don’t like Sasaki”.

I know everyone has a different opinion and that’s fine, but no matter if it’s Kuro, Shiro or Haise, I just use these words to talk about Kaneki’s different stages of life.

Of course I want him to remember his friends and one of my biggest wishes is to see that he realises that he’s got a place in both worlds and learns from his past mistakes, but it’s not possible for me to see him as a “complete new person” because his personality didn’t make a 180 degree turn.

I don’t see a big difference between those “two” because they make similar mistakes (x) and even silly things like “Kaneki didn’t make puns” is  still something which might reflect Kaneki’s love for beautiful words/poems.

I know nobody asked for my opinion, but reading that people hope Haise disappears, sounds for me like “I started to like Kaneki after Aogiri Arc” again :/.

Well - who needs two arms anyway. Sasaki certainly not. I’m really looking forward to the next chapter :D Anyway this is a doodle I started yesterday and I was thinking of making it look pretty and working some more on it. But then I decided to just leave it like this :) On another note - I’m getting closer and closer to 5000 followers and HOLY SHIT I’m kind of nervous here x’D Thanks for your amazing support guys!
