Nothing that happened in 2021 was on my bingo card, but I’m much stronger for it. Being forced to find a new job in the middle of a pandemic, with so much uncertainty, is not what I had in mind, but I got it done.
The career journey is something I feel like a lot of people don’t talk about, so thanks to a little bullying, I was able to reflect on how I found a new job, that I love, and the questions I had to ask myself to get there.
