"Happy Birthday, kid." Levi said, giving Eren a quick pat on the back. //you can put this in our Fanboy verse XD

“Y-You know that it’s my birthday?! How?” Oh man, was he sweating? He was probably sweating. He was definitely blushing though. Levi knew? Did someone tell him or did he find out himself? Either way, it only made his birthday about a hundred times better, hearing it from Levi’s lips. “Thank you…! It means a lot to me.” He was going to call his mom and tell her about this later.

“Facebook,” Levi replied dryly, taking a sip of water as he made his way into the booth. “I noticed it this morning,” Levi shrugged. He wasn’t sure why Eren seemed so flattered. He had been a fan once, true, but they were colleagues now and the kid really needed to take a deep breath. “Don’t think anything of it, it’s not a big deal,” he said, glancing behind him. “Just calm down and work.”

Look away.

Oh she wished he did, that would save her the trouble from being the topic of the C-Rank trainees and girls sure loved to spread rumors and the like. The girl sighed as she sat down, watching the mock battles with interest but honestly, this was nothing for her yet, was it? She barely started out and was still getting used to this kind of trigger. She probably wouldn’t stand a chance against most of them. To top it off she started with merely 1000 points. Some even told her that there was not a shred of talent within her. There probably wasn’t. Her grandfather told her the same the first time she picked up a sword to train. Anything until now was only happening because of her perseverance and hard training. Tsukiko grabbed the trigger, squeezing it tightly in her hand before looking back to the A-Rank attacker, who was still in place. What did he hope to see? New talents? She surely wasn’t one of them. There were just 10 years of hard training in Liberi. Merely starting in Border now and all she wished was to achieve B-Rank.

Tsuki only wanted to save the civilians if something were to happen. She took a look at her training trigger before sighing once more. That was not going to happen as long as she didn’t become B-Rank. C-Rank trainees were not allowed to use their triggers outside of the Border building and thus no saving of possible victims. Achieving a brilliant score every day on training would not get her to become B-Rank within a year probably. The only option she still had left were the mock battles. Perhaps… Perhaps it was time to start.

Tsuki stepped into one of the training rooms and registered her weapon and points before looking through the numbers of participants. It was more logical to search someone with higher points, because that itself would get her more points if she were to win. Then again, these persons were probably stronger and a threat for Tsukiko. So she decided to invite someone to a battle who had the same score as her. Evenly matched would that mean and it would give her a chance to try out her sword style fighting for the first time, which was heavily inspired by Tachikawa Kei, the number one attacker of Border. Using two Kogetsus was what she chose and her grandfather trained her. This had to bear some fruits, right?

image

She watched herself more or less materialize as she was thrown into the visual battle field, a street which looked like almost any in Mikado City. She couldn’t die here, so she could go all out. For once she had to show that there was more to her. Tsuki grit her teeth as she drew both of her swords before attacking rather carelessly head on. It was all or nothing on her first try.

Levi could tell she was feeling uncomfortable, but he didn’t really care. Usually the strange, quiet ones were the ones that ended up being a much higher rank. She wasn’t socializing with any of the other trainees and Levi liked that about her. He didn’t like socializing very much himself and he was mostly just curious. There were murmurs about why he was there and he could see a few B-Rank members looking at him strangely too. He rolled his eyes and moved away from the rail to make his way to sit down on the couch, he didn’t want to give any of these low rank people hope that he would be fighting. Levi was so beyond this at this point, but he did enjoy watching.

He watched the girl walk into the room and around him he heard whispers from others wondering why he was there, some of the girls had followed his eyes and were whispering about her possibly being his girlfriend. Why were people absolute idiots? Levi wondered silently to himself. He had nothing to do, he just wanted to watch, was that really so hard to believe? Plus maybe he could pull for people on his team if he found people he liked…though so far, this girl was the only one who had peaked his interest.

Image

He stared up at the screen waiting to watch her. He wondered what type of trigger she used…and he wondered how much Trion she had exactly and if she would use it properly. He folded his arms and sat back, ignoring the others around him. He had no intentions of talking to this girl or even interacting with her at all, but he did enjoy the idea of seeing her succeed. He waited in silence for her match-up to start.

There's a First Time For Everything // @perspicacious-leader

Letting out a grunt, he bent forward so that Levi could do as he pleased, not really even bothering to put up a fight. Although the shirt was fine, his hair felt very…out of place now. It took a lot to not move his hands up and straighten it back out to how it was once before. With a sigh, he pulled the collar of his shirt down a bit, feeling rather warm. Or maybe that was just the shyness in his cheeks, painting them a light pink. He hadn’t even had a chance to really respond before Levi was pulling him along and away from his apartment and outside. “To the bar? I thought we were going to be alone and drink?” Ah god, socializing? Really? Erwin felt his heart sink in his chest. He was going to make an utter fool of himself, wasn’t he?

Sitting in the bus though…was a bit disgusting. Erwin coiled into himself as he watched out the window and nodded. “I’m not rich, my father is. But yes, I guess so. I don’t really know what to say to anyone, I don’t have common interests with people our age, obviously.” Which would make it hard for conversations. People were going to talk about things that Erwin had no clue on such as sports, music, and other pop culture topics. Or they were going to talk about inside jokes and stories that still, Erwin would have no clue about. Why was this so important to Levi? Maybe he was just a lonely little short man who was putting up a front…Erwin silently hoped that but had a distinct feeling that was not the case.

Levi turned around to glance at Erwin. “Well we can sit alone at a table and drink…but where else were you expecting to drink?” he asked, leaning forward. “I mean I guess if you really don’t like the idea of going to a bar we could stop at the quick mart and grab some booze and go back to one of our rooms, but that kind of defeats the purpose don’t you think?” Levi chuckled, kicking his feet out on the bus slouching down. “You know, I know you don’t like it much, but you do look a lot more casual, it’s nice,” he said, blushing slightly. “I mean, your hair looked good all neat, but it looks even better like this,” he muttered. “It gives you an edge.”

“Well you’re rich by association,” Levi said giving him a nudge. “Okay, well what do you normally talk about with people?” he asked and suddenly wondered if Erwin even really talked to people. Maybe he talked to people online? Or maybe he at the very least talked about school…Eh…maybe that was a bad question. “Scratch that question,” he said shaking his head. “Okay what do you think people talk about at these sorts of places?” he asked. “Cause it doesn’t really matter, you can talk about whatever, hell if you see people from our school you can just talk about school, I know how much you love that,” he chuckled.

The bus came to a stop and Levi stood up. “We’re here, you ready?” he asked, pulling Erwin up. “If you’re not, speak up now okay?” he said. Though even if Erwin did say something, Levi didn’t think he was going to let the other boy get away with leaving or anything like that.

Absolute Devotion // Closed @eatthebread

Mikasa seemed relieved that Levi called her over. Her face was clearly that of a confused teenager once her guard was down. She didn’t understand the offense previous words may have caused and why Eren and her butted heads when she wasn’t trying to piss him off.

Still, she remained silent as she started on dinner, chewing each morsel like the valuable food it was. Times like this, she remembered what she may have had to do for food if Levi didn’t rescue her…

How could she be more useful to him? Her desire to be near the man almost made her forget as to why.

Levi sighed and gave her a quick pat on her head. “Don’t worry so much,” he muttered. “You’re thinking about things too much,” he said and glanced over at her. She had gone through military training and she had spent a good deal of time with the other boy, but they weren’t close and Mikasa often didn’t understand how to approach people, Levi had noticed. He, of course, wasn’t any better. But as he had gotten older he had learned a bit more.

“I get that you aren’t going to get along with everyone,” he said with a small chuckle. “I don’t know what it is about you and that kid, but you guys just don’t click and shit like that happens,” he shrugged. “Just keep quiet around him. I’m not going to remove you from my team and I can’t remove him, but I trust you Mikasa and I’m sure Eren does too when it comes down to it,” he said.

Returning to his food he sighed and glanced at her one more time and slipped his hand under the table to gently squeeze her thigh. He was here for her and even if Eren was going to act strange, he wasn’t going to let Mikasa deal with him alone.

It was hard to act natural in front of the man that owned him, the man that could toss him away in a moments notice. The man that could kill him and no one would bat an eyelash because it was alright for a Prince to dispose of his slaves when they weren’t being good. It was hard to be himself when he honestly didn’t even know what he, himself, was. Always treated as an outsider, as a thing to admire and not touch or speak to…it was hard. Yet he felt himself wanting to try, wanting to get closer, wanting to relax and feel good. He found himself wanting to discover who he was.

The kiss sent a warmth down his spine that he had never felt before. Levi’s lips were small yet full and they were experienced, Erwin could tell despite his own awkwardly fumbling lips. He also tasted nice, Erwin thought to himself. So did this mean he liked men? Or just kissing? Well, he supposed there was only one way to find out and he supposed it wasn’t to bad to lose his virginity to the Prince himself. Really…shouldn’t it be considered a great honor?

Laying back, he let out a soft sigh and nodded. His hand came up to timidly cup the other’s cheek and press him in for a more tender kiss, more passionate than before. He wasn’t sure what he was doing but perhaps it was time to do what he wanted, to listen to his heart instead of his mind. It was hard to do it but…well, he had to. It was time for him to let go. Even if it was just going to be for this one night, he was going to be himself. No one else but Erwin, the slave that was touched by Ra. “I don’t mind…the position. I’ll just go with the flow and see…what happens. Thank you for being understanding, your highness. May….May we kiss a bit more?”

Levi could tell that Erwin was nervous. Even with the reassurance that it would be okay, he could see that the man was feeling a bit shaky. It was normal though, most of the time when Levi slept with people, they were nervous. It was rather intimidating sleeping with a prince and if they were a servant or slave…they often felt not worthy to be with him…but all those things Levi didn’t care about. He didn’t have as much time as he wanted to enjoy himself…what they didn’t realize was that his position was rather…trapping.

He kissed Erwin again, enjoying his inexperienced, shaking lips. Levi didn’t care if he shook nervously the whole time, he would enjoy it nonetheless and he hoped that Erwin would calm down enough to do so as well. As they kissed again, Levi could feel a bit more passion behind it. Good…Erwin was calming himself so he could enjoy their passionate night together…maybe if he liked it, Levi could ask Erwin to come back again, if the other man wanted to.

“Of course we can,” he whispered and brushed his lips against Erwin’s. “Is it okay?” he asked. “Do you like it a bit more now that you seemed to have relaxed a bit, my blond-haired beauty,” he mumbled and kissed his ear, climbing on top of the larger man to straddle him. He traced his fingers down his neck. “You’re so strong and muscular,” Levi said gently. “It’s nice…something I haven’t had the pleasure of really experiencing,” he chuckled. Most of the people he had spent his nights with had been weaker slaves…he had never seen someone like Erwin before.

Beginnings ((closed RP w/ indomitableheichou))

He was once a man that could give up someone he loved for the sake of perusing the titans, so why was it hard to keep away from Levi? Perhaps it was because they were in the same line of work and Levi understood more than anyone else. Perhaps it was because they shared the same passion, even if Erwin’s ambitions were a little more intense that Levi’s. Perhaps it was because they both knew what it was like to fight so hard and yet…lose so much. Titans…where did they come from? What is their purpose? Would there ever be a day when they would be extinct and mankind could once and for all get rid of the walls? Where children could properly play and learn and there was a king that was far more gentle with their people than King Fritz was? God he hoped so.

He found himself thinking of these things while they were walking back to Military Police Headquarters. He thought about things like what he wanted to do after it was over, even though he told himself he didn’t have the luxury of thinking like that. For the time being, he allowed it. As silly as it was, he allowed it. Chopping wood next to a house to put in a fire. Feeding goats and pigs and perhaps even a few cows. Coming home to the barking of a dog and the soft warm of a smaller embrace. Spending nights alone together, only the dark surrounding them as they made love. Love…was it possible for him to love again?

As they got back to Headquarters, Erwin’s eyes darted to Levi and he watched him for a moment as Hanji approached and asked where they had gone to Levi. Love…yes. Perhaps he could. Perhaps this person was the only one who would truly understand. Perhaps…”Erwinnnn! Let’s get going, We’re all ready and the court is piling up!” Knocked from his thoughts by no one other than Hanji, Erwin blinked and nodded and put a hand on Levi’s shoulder. “Let’s go. Bring him up, Hanji.” Erwin took Levi and moved through a back room and spoke to Darius Zackley for a moment before taking their designated spots in the courtroom and patiently, they waited for Eren Jaeger to make his appearance.

As Levi followed slightly behind Erwin towards the Military Police Headquarters he couldn’t help but let his mind start to get away from him. He wasn’t sure how this had happened and the more he thought about it the more frustrated he grew. There was a part of him that just wanted to grab Erwin’s collar, yank him down, kiss him and tell him he was an idiot and they should just spend their numbered days together…but neither of them were that type of man and Levi really had to stop thinking of these things when there was such an important task at hand. No matter what his personal feelings, it was most important that he helped Erwin achieve his goal, then he could think about Erwin throwing him down and kissing him…or more.

Levi rolled his eyes as Hanji ran up to them practically yelling. He scoffed as he followed them into the court. If anyone was going to make them look like fools it was going to be Hanji. It took all of Levi’s being to bite his tongue to not speak up to her. Taking his spot next to Erwin he watched as the boy was brought in. Levi couldn’t help but feel a little bad for the strange titan boy. His eyes looked a bit scared, especially when he glanced over and saw his friends. Though he looked a bit relieved to see Erwin and Levi on the side. They had promised him after all, that they were going to do anything to keep him on their side.

The trial began and Levi glanced over at Nile as Nile began to speak on why the Military Police should have Eren, why it was important to study him and try and discover more information about the Titans. Of course, Levi had to chuckle to himself, because if anyone were to do that it probably should be Hanji, as obnoxious as she was…Though Levi had to admit he definitely hated Nile more, the man was full of nothing but hot air and Levi couldn’t believe that Nile and Erwin had been friends at one point in time. Erwin was so…selfless and intelligent and Nile seemed like such a selfish dumb ass. Levi glanced up at Erwin, giving him a knowing look. There was no way they were going to lose Eren to that boob.

Forced Date // Closed @ thesquadleaderzoe

Easy. It should be easy. In theory it was easy. But in practice… In almost an hour, Hanji had found herself relaxed and enjoying a date with Levi, something she never thought would happen. She looked up, noticing a little flash from his face, disappointment? Well it was too late now. She wasn’t one for giving up, not even when they hadn’t actually started just yet. “Well, considering it’s been almost a year since, I don’t think it’s going to happen for me just yet” Hanji stated with a shrug and finished off her dessert, humming happily at the taste. Well, at least dessert can’t let her down.

“They’re probably wanna go on double dates too. I suggest holding hands, a peck on the cheek here and there but no lips” she muttered, laying down the ground rules. After all, lips was always a taboo with relationships like this - take Pretty Woman for example. She took that second to look at Levi’s thin lips, curiosity taking over her mind for that brief moment before she shook his head and took a pen out of her bag and grabbed Levi’s hand. “My number. So if they get nosy it looks believable” Hanji said, writing down her digits for him.

“Text me when you want, Nana’s going to be nosy so try and make it seem like you’re interested in me or whatever” Hanji said and smiled a little as she put her pen back in her bag. “We’ll organise the next date over phones, you can pick” Hanji muttered and clicked her fingers. It all felt very formal between them, and she honestly wasn’t sure if it felt right now she’d finally been able to have a conversation and relax with Levi.

“Ah well then, I don’t think either of us are really going to have anything to worry about,” Levi admitted. He definitely didn’t think he was going to have anything else happen. He sighed and finished off his own date, asking the waitress for their bill. “I’m going to pay,” he said. “I know you don’t consider this a real date and neither do I,” he clarified. “But I don’t want to be the type of man who doesn’t at least pay for one meal,” he said.

“Of course they’ll wanna go on double dates,” he chuckled. “Mike will be so excited about stuff like that. He’s surprisingly romantic and sappy, especially when it comes to Nana,” he sighed. “Got it,” he muttered, staring at her lips for a moment. He wondered if she would get mad if he ever kissed her for real. “I’ll put my arm around you if we sit next to each other at dinner or a movie, those sorts of things. It won’t be strange if we don’t kiss out on a double date since I’m not really interested in PDA anyway.”

He took her number from her and took out a pen and small piece of paper, writing his own. “Here are mine. I’m sure I’ll have to text you about something at some point,” he said. “It wouldn’t make sense to not have each others numbers,” he chuckled, placing his credit card into the bill to get ready to pay for their meal. “I’ve…had a surprisingly good time tonight,” he smirked. “I look forward to this endeavor with you.”

Cecilia looked over all of the vases again, admiring the colors and trying to make a decision on color. She liked green, but something about it seemed to obvious for her choice. Green reminded her of nature, but it also reminded her of the Survey Corps itself. Maybe remembering that in her relaxation space wouldn’t be the best idea. She looked over at Levi again as he spoke of finding flowers. A small smile coated her lips as she happily accepted his concern. “We can stop at that field on the way back to base, then.” Her green hues landed back on the vases as a blue-grey colored one caught her eye. Cecilia picked it up off the shelf and examined it more closely. This color matches the Corporal’s eyes.

She held the vase tightly to her chest, clutching it as a large smile covered her lips. “I’m picking this one.”

He raised his eyebrow at the one that she chose. He had sort of expected her to pick the green one, since she had seemed to focus on that one for so long, but she had changed her mind last minute and gone with the blue-grey one. He thought that one was nice too, but he did feel a bit partial to the green. “Alright,” he said with a nod. “It’s a nice pick. How about I buy this one for you since you’re keeping files in your room,” he offered.

“Stopping in the field seems fine. There is a flower shop though, If you’d rather. They have nicer arrangements, though perhaps you’re the type of person who likes to find these sorts of things on your own?” he asked, making his way to the front of the store.

With a blush, Eren over at the man as he moved to fix his glasses. He couldn’t wait for contacts soon…God. He was still so surprised that Levi felt the need to make it up to Eren and honestly, there was a small part of him that was happy that it bothered him. Had he been on Levi’s mind the whole time? Had he kept thinking about the kid he was quite rude to the previous day? Just how much did it bother him? Questions that he thought up but wouldn’t dare to ask. Still, it was nice and…it made Eren’s respect for the man come back and resurface. He found himself smiling again. Was this really happening? God… “W-Well…I can understand though. I guess yeah you were…rude and all but still. I reacted badly as well. Sitting there and going panels and being around people when you’re introverted must have been really exhausting, huh?” Eren too was pretty introverted, although he did like to spend time with his friends a lot. He simply wasn’t one to be around large crowds and go to parties. He was busy with his small part time job so that he could save up to go to school.

As the other was starting to walk away, Eren noticed a big crowd coming. He didn’t want to bother the other but he certainly knew what he wanted. So with that, he gripped the man’s elbow and tugged at him and moved in a different direction. “Follow me for a second.” With that, he moved over to a food stand and put his coat around Levi’s shoulders and moved so that Levi was against a wall and was hovering over him. Luckily the crowd didn’t notice so they moved right on by and that was that. With a giggle, he took his jacket back and held it in his arms. “Dodged ‘em! I know what I want you to do for me. All I want….is advice. On how to become good at voice acting. What should I do? Is there a good school I should go to? Things like that. Any advice you can give me is nice. You don’t have to do it here or now but…eventually, okay?”

“Eh, anyone would act as you would,” Levi said scratching the back of his neck. He swallowed and stared at the green-eyed boy. “I, well, yeah,” he said, not even trying to make an excuse for his behavior. “It grates on me a bit. I know that’s strange to say and everyone here at this convention would probably kill to trade places with me,” he said quietly. “But I guess I don’t dislike it…I appreciate the way people feel about me and my work…it’s just a bit overwhelming at times…especially when people say they’re my biggest fan and what not…no offense to you kid,” he muttered.

His eyes widened as Eren pulled on his elbow. He certainly hadn’t been expecting to get dragged away by the kid. “W-Wait,” he began to say. He knew his handler probably wouldn’t take nice to Levi getting dragged away to some unknown location. He didn’t want the others to panic, but with the way that Eren covered him and stood so close like that…no one even noticed him…for once. He blushed for a moment staring up at the other. What the hell was this kid doing?! And did he really just help Levi escape the crowd?! After everything Levi had done to him…he ran his hand through his hair, his heart pounding a bit too fast for his liking.

“Advice?” Levi said finally after a long period of silence. “You want advice about voice acting…because you want to be a voice actor?” he asked. He was a little surprised. He had sort of just assumed that this boy was just another crazy fanboy…someone who knew nothing of the industry and just wanted to meet the famous talent…He swallowed and looked up at him, seeing the determination in his green eyes. “You’re really serious about this,” he muttered. “Jeeze, well…You should just really focus on acting classes. Everyone assumes that voice acting is about being able to do cool voices, but it’s not, it’s about being able to act. Focus on that first and then you can start doing voice acting for real. Act because you want to act…not because you want the fame or the ability to do stupid voices,” he said seriously.
