Hi I just wanted to let you know that there’s a “personality test app” post that’s been going around for a while carrying a virus. It often gets reblogged to infected urls regardless of whether or not the owner has reblogged it intentionally, and I noticed that it appearred in your posts today. From what I’ve heard, it’s not too bad a virus to remove, but it’s got a nasty spread rate from the self-posting code!

Ugh, I knew it must be! I saw it on my dash and tried to scroll past, but my touch screen opened it up anyway. I thought it'd be okay if I didn't do anything else, but looks like it got to me. Publishing this as a warning to my followers. Sorry guys. Now I have to figure out how to remove a virus from a tablet.

My dad is Japanese and my mom is a beautiful black woman. I’m proud to be who I am and I cherish every bit of it. Growing up I’ve been bullied on about the shape of my eyes, weight and skin complexion. I cried about it and started hating myself wondering why I can’t just be black or just asian ? Thank God I have great parents, they taught me to honor my asian and black race. They said that I am “Unique” and that it’s good to be different. No matter what shape, size or skin color that you are always love yourself it’s okay to be different 😊👌

Blackout day is so important. Two years ago I was stuck in a pit of depression and self hatred and discovering black tumblr was such a HUGE part of my recovery. Learning to love myself and others who look like me is a concept that seems silly, but when you never see yourself or people darker than you reflected by the media it starts to impact on your self esteem. 

Finding this community is one of the best things that has happened to me. I can’t wait for more people to wake up, and for us all to grow stronger together.
