We left ACNLTrades

Don’t delete this post, Kenna - you promised we’d have the chance to explain ourselves and say goodbye!!

Hello dear followers, dear traders, dear animal crossing players.

As you’ve already noticed, changes happened to the blog. We - the former moderators - would like to make an announcement to address this too.

A few days ago, the creator of the blog, Kenna, has returned. Unfortunately, with her return, a few mishaps happened. Where there was a conversation needed with the current mod team - none happened. One thing led to another and in the end, no amount of trying to talk it out helped anymore.

We worked hard on the blog! We implemented a lot of improvements, we made navigation and accessibility easier for our users. And more of all, we made trading safer for everyone!

There are rules and guidelines not only the traders have to follow, but moderators as well. We don’t feel that mods are ‘only hired as to assist it’s creator’ and all agree that making major decisions without hearing everyone’s voice is disrespectful and not how acnltrades should operate. Moderators work as a team. And every member needs to be able to accept criticism and acknowledge mistakes.

We are sorry to end it like this but we feel that we have no other choice.

All current mods @julescrossing, @uchidiva (currently @mistletoediva),@ricegoddess, @fuun-crossing, @hugsandbesitos, @utauwiki) are leaving the ACNLTrades blog.

We are leaving as a group.

And we decided to make a new home for ourselves and our traders on acnl-market. The blog has still a few adjustments to go through but it’s already ready to use!

You are all welcome to follow us on our new animal crossing trading blog!

We’ll gladly post your submissions and help you find what your hearts desire.
