USC Professor talking about Ferguson and all the other young black man murdered by police. This is right after a Latina lesbian comedian presented, a black dance troupe performed and a black spoken word poet presented an empowering poem called BLACK. Now she is talking about the Increasing Poverty in the US, how the government is spying on us, and how police dogs are still being turned on American citizens. And this is all at a conference for the arts. If this is an indicator of my next 4 years here, I can’t wait.
