Can we talk about how the Grumpy cat is paired up with Marilyn Monroe?
Bryan Konietzko: did get note from network about Bolin being drunk on noodles. Response was to forward an episode of Spongebob with a similar thing. Happened a lot on Avatar: where similar thing happened on spongebob, they found that out later after they had to change it. On drunk noodles: “that one worked, we got away with it.” (x)
Okay, so you know how people are always saying that America is the fattest country and all that? Well check this out. The Bod Mass Index chart ranges from Underweight (anything under 18.5) Average (18.5-24.9) Overweight (25-29.9) and Obesity (30 or greater).
- The average American man weighs 180 pounds and stands at 5 feet 9 inches. Coming out to a Body Mass Index of 26.6 which put on the scale is just over the overweight mark of 25-29.9. - The average American woman is 5’4 weighing in at 156 pounds creating a BMI of 26.8. Still overweight but…
Lets put that into perspective of some other countries that are NOT known for being fat.
our parents, the UNITED KINGDOM - Men BMI: 27.2 - Women BMI: 26.9 (Fatter than US)
our cousin, AUSTRALIA - Men BMI: 27.9 - Women BMI: 27.2 (Fatter than US)
our neighbor, MEXICO - Men BMI: 27.9 - Women BMI: 27.6 (Fatter than US)
our good friend, CANADA - Men BMI: 27.3 - Women BMI: 26.8 (Women tied, men fatter than US)
So yes, we like our burgers. But we are far from being the fattest country out there. Because in reality, all of us are overweight.
