I should specify more

My job is going super well for the most part. It's something totally different than what I'm used to which is what I wanted.

Any frustration usually stems from either:

  1. my hour(+) long commute on RT 30 every goddamn day whether I want to or not, or
  2. Still being in this mental adjustment period where I realize I don't have to write these super long papers, and go straight for the jugular (so to speak) of the information I'm turning into articles.

That said, so far I'm really enjoying the editorial team I'm working with, everyone seems pretty comfortable with each other and it's not a really intense atmosphere which I really like, as I adjust to Not-College reality.

As a general update (since it's been awhile)

Adulthood is weird. I mean it's going pretty well, but it's just not what I expected I guess. 

That's not a bad thing, but it is a thing
