Weigh-in
OKAY. So I haven’t posted since my last weigh in. Tbh I was worried about getting on the scale because I wasn’t that healthy this past week and a half but I told myself I need to hold myself accountable and get on that scale. And guess what? I’m at 200 lbs which is 1 lb away from breaking 200 (my current goal weight)! I was sick and did still go to the gym…but I also had Thai food like 3x…so there’s that. No major regrets there though. Baby steps!
One Week Weigh In: Lost 3.4 lbs this week weighing in at 202.2 lbs. Making a total loss of 7.6 lbs in two weeks!! And a total loss of 38 lbs overall. ✨👌🏼 I've changed every meal to healthier options, cut out practically all fast food, stopped my morning coffee runs - exchanged for protein drinks -, and stepped up my gym game a little. This tired face tried to wake up at 5:00 to go to the gym but have been snoozing my alarm since. Well now it's like 7 am but I'm still going before work. I'm committed! Didn't ruin two hours of sleep for nothing.
