     She complied quite easily. How considerate of her. So, then, surely this would be a way to figure it out? …Honestly, he hoped she wouldn’t give him a firm punch to the face.

     Stepping closer to her, Cao Pi raised a hand to her chin, tilting it upwards. He looked at her briefly, and proceeded to close his own eyes, leaning in… until their lips met. He hadn’t been certain what to expect, but her lips were so soft ( he rather liked them ). –However, it lasted only a moment, for the prince released her and stepped back.

     ❝And?❞ A dark brow raised inquisitively as he placed a hand on his hip.

   At first, she flinched as he touched her chin, but she remained firm and still kept her eyes closed. The same could not be said as he touched her again, this time on her lips. Although she flinched with as much effort as a moment ago, Lingqi opened her eyes in shock, learning exactly what he was touching her with. His face was so close, she could feel his breath gently brushing her skin, and his own lips...     A kiss... He was giving her a kiss.     As he stepped away, something odd overcame her -- disappointment. She did not want him to step away. Finally, a conclusion began to form into her mind, genuine concern displayed on her face as she looked down, fingers barely reaching towards her mouth.                     “------I see...”

     ——Ah.      There was that feeling. Warmth, perhaps? His own gaze had softened somewhat, in what he would consider a moment of weakness. This time, it was one he was willing to accept.      ❝I see. Would you close your eyes for a moment, Lingqi?❞

    Glancing back up, Lingqi raised an eyebrow at the peculiar request. Normally, she would never fall for such a ploy, to easily let her guard down. Strangely enough, however, she trusted Cao Pi -- she had no reason to doubt him.     Still puzzled, she granted his request, thick lashes fanning downward as her eyelids covered her vision.

     How curious. It wasn’t as if he hoped she was hinting at any romantic implications, but Cao Pi really wasn’t sure where she wanted to go with this. It sounded quite vague.      ❝But? Describe it to me, then.❞

    Her gaze trailed down to the dirt, her eyes narrowing as she thought long and hard on what accurate words she must use. It was a trial for certain, and it was a struggle for her to string together a description. However, as she finally discovered a potential keyword, her visage softened.     “---You make me feel happy... but I’m not sure what that means.”
