Jade smiled.  “Well, I wager I could do a few things. I’m going to assume that physical modification of your legs would be out completely, so we’d go straight to working on some form of garment/footwear that could either make you capable of hovering, or actually has enchantments that bring you up several inches while you wear them. Doesn’t matter which one you choose, both sound like a decent bit of fun to work on.” 

Ophi tilted her head, bringing a hand to her chin as she thought. The hand only removed itself when she began to sign. “-Go on more about the enchantments, I’m curious.-”

Jade starts writing down ideas on a notepad. “The enchantment that I’m most likely to use would drain magical energy to physically force growth, the only notable side-effects would be that over several years time, you’d actually grow a bit, and that you’d be feeling pretty tapped for energy the longer the day goes on. The good news about the latter, is that I can mitigate it, while I work on making said garment, with some tech of my own design.” She look up at the mage and smiles. “Would you like to see an actual demonstration of what I would be using?”

“Y’know, if you wanted to be taller, I could work up a way for you get height on demand. Mind you, it might be really touchy until I get stuff ironed out.”

Ophi blinked. “….-I’m listening.-”

Dutch street artist Max Zorn lives in Amsterdam where his artistic medium of choice is humble brown packing tape, which he uses to create awesome illustrations by layering lengths of tape on pleciglass panels and cutting it with an X-Acto knife. The more layers of tape applied, the darker that part of the image becomes. When illuminated from behind Zorn’s creations spring to life with a wonderfully cinematic feel.
