I’m still alive

First I just want to say sorry for my long hiatus from this blog at least. I started university a few months ago (business degree) and life got in the way of regularly updating this blog. Other reasons why I had an hiatus; towards the end of the show, season 4 which feels like a lifetime ago, I lost interest and effectively lost interest in my blog. Or I was in complete denial that it was ending but I did finish watching it and it was how I expected it to end. However after that I still made edits/gifs and even an 8tracks playlist. So maybe I’ll release some of this stuff?

BUT I want to say that I honestly was thinking about quitting this blog today literally before I made this text post. I looked at my blog again for the first time in 6 months and it reignited my deep passion for this show. It reminded me of my first ‘real’ blog on this site. So I’ll try to keep this blog going with the usual stuff I post but I won’t be as active as before (like before my hiatus). No promises though because the show has ended, I’ll try to be creative again if I remember how to use photoshop lol. 

Other than that lately I’ve been more active on my personal blog warhol6 (you can check it out if you want, it’s more about things I’m interested in that are not tv show related). 

Finally, I just want to say thank you to all who are still following me and liking my stuff and of course my new followers who followed me even though I was M.I.A. Thank you to all who took the time to read this, it means a lot to me, you all do!

Personally I don’t think so. It’s just that Emily (the character) is evolving. She started this series as a very narrow-minded-determined-sociopath. But that’s because she became and trained herself to be that way. It’s not her true nature. So over the series, Emily Thorne has been becoming more and more emotional, open-minded and caring. Namely because of people who love and care about her and vice versa   (Nolan, Aiden, Jack, Amanda, David, Charlotte and Daniel), people’s deaths and her revenge mission ending. She’s been changing since the pilot. 

But of course you are entitled to your own opinion. =)

I think, in terms of themes, this season brings us back into loop with Amanda, especially when more and more people are aware of her existance. Emily is, as she stated, a device but more and more she’s becoming Amanda, returning to the friend, daughter, etch., she originally was in the start. She’s evolving, for sure, and I think we will find many things finding closure as we come back home to where it all started.

I cannot agree more. She’s becoming more the Amanda Clarke part of her.

Sorry everyone I've been inactive for two months, it's just life got in the way, I went on a holiday, got my high school exam results back and I'm applying for a job and university. I promise I'll be more active :) and of course I've been keeping up to date with the show!
