Also a reminder to LOVE YOURSELVES for the amazing being you are and to never settle!
Here’s a website on self-love and tips you can do towards that. My favorite was speaking to yourself as if you were a small child. Gentle reminder that we all fall into pitfalls or toxic people and to not beat ourselves over for what we wanted or went through. Life is just a learning experience after all.
