  • poisoned Bible: Duchess of Malfi - how the Cardinal kills his mistress
  • poisoned sword: Hamlet - how Hamlet kills Laertes and Claudius
  • poisoned porridge: Jew of Malta - how Barabas kills his daughter and the other nuns
  • poisoned skull: The Revenger's Tragedy - how Vindice kills the Duke
  • poisoned incense at a wedding: Women Beware Women wedding
  • poisoned arrows at a wedding: Women Beware Women again; it's a very eventful wedding!
  • poisoned flowers: Jew of Malta again
  • refuses to eat poisoned porridge: I'm less sure about this one, but in Arden of Faversham, Arden refuses to eat poisoned "broth" for breakfast, and some people think the broth is porridge
  • poisoned helmet: The White Devil: how Count Lodovico kills Brachiano

Verdict:

  • poisoned gown: this is Medea, which did get rewritten in the early modern period - but in French, not in English!! You can't fool me, OP!!

I was going to write an answer key myself, but it looks like I donā€™t need to! The gown is the right answer, and all the others are correctly identified. (I misremembered what Arden of Faversham refuses to eatā€”it is indeed ā€œbrothā€ as opposed to porridge, but who eats broth for breakfast?)
