Things that are good:

Solid friendships are building.

I’m making my home my own and my shelves look REALLY nice and I bought PLANTS!!

Fresh fruits and veggies are available every day here (though I still need to commit to cooking at home more often).

Levi and I are reading marriage books and/or the Bible for at least 10 minutes every day.

There’s a sense of newness in our energy and entrepreneurial spirits are high.

I’m hiking more often and drinking in the absolutely incredible views.

Things that are good:

· I walk and take public transport EVERYWHERE out of necessity. I’d say at least 2 hours a day. It’s awesome. · I’m halfway through Game of Thrones: A Clash of Kings · After being jobless for months, I’ve managed to find multiple freelancing gigs to sustain me until I go home · I have crazy, multicolored pastel hair because WHY NOT · This is the very best time of my life. I don’t have commitments, I can travel and dress like a weirdo and learn about the things that interest me · I’ve started playing soccer again · I’m getting MARRIED and I can’t wait to plan everything, and I keep imagining all the beautiful colors and memories that have yet to manifest · I’m coming home next month and I have no obligation to catch up with anyone I don’t want to catch up with · It’s GEMINI SEASON AND I’M LIVING · I’m surrounded by creative, beautiful souls who want to include me in their work, and it’s honestly such a blessing · I’m coming home and I get to see my family · I’m coming home · I’M CoMInG hoMe · I live with a host family whose house has the same tiles as my home home · God. God is good.
